4 Private Lessons

Add a weekly private lesson to your training. In 4 sessions you can gain a new level of understanding and ability in one aspect of our curriculum.

Students may now pay for private lessons online.

Each private lesson will cover a series of topics over the course of 1-1.5 hours. Students should bring all necessary equipment, as well as workout clothing, a notebook and pen.

Appointments for Private Lessons are available most weekdays between 10 am and 5 pm, 3-5 pm on Saturdays, and 10 am-2 pm on Sundays. Certain evenings and other times may also be available with advanced notice.
