At this time, the majority of our products are available for local pick-up only. Exceptions to this are our DVD's and Longi Ropes. We do plan to offer more shipping options soon.
Equipment, apparel and other merchandise
Unless specifically noted on the product information page, all purchases are final, no refunds, no returns. If we make an error and deliver the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct item free of charge. If the customer makes an error (in terms of sizing or color specification) and wishes to exchange the item in question for the correct item, we will perform the exchange and the customer will be charged a $20 restocking fee.
DVD returns
While we have gone to great lengths to test and verify the readability of the DVD’s we sell, we recognize that some DVD’s will not play in every player. These DVD’s are recorded on DVD-R recordable media, using a home computer and consumer-level software.
If your player has difficulty reading these DVD’s, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of purchase. Using this form, please return the DVD immediately and we will send out an alternate copy on different quality media.
If upon receiving your replacement, you find that it also does not play on your player, return the disc within 7 days and we will send a full refund. Returns and refunds are not valid after 7 days from the date of purchase.

Event registration & cancellations
Registration for events can be cancelled with a refund up to 5 days prior to the event. Customers will receive the full amount paid, less the associated per-transaction-fees charged by PayPal. Cancellations less than 5 days prior to the event will receive a partial refund equal to half the registration fee, less the associated per-transaction-fees charged by PayPal. Cancellations the day of the event will receive no refunds. Registrations are transferrable with advanced notice.
