Recommended Reading

Below are some links to books that contain valuable resources for any Artist, but particularly painters interested in working from life. Some of the books are hard to find and may be very expensive, but some of those can also be found in public libraries. Do some research in your area to see what you can find.

I have also included books that deal with design and illustration, visual story telling and other skills related to graphic design and illustration. Even fine artists need to know about these skills.
